THE FINE PRINT

1.     Please post only real jobs and resumes. Job postings must be individual openings for traditional, W-2 or 1099 employees. Other postings that HireSkills.com does not support include, but are not limited to Positions that require a monetary investment by the job applicant at any time. Advertisements for Multi-Level Marketing positions. Business opportunities, including Email Processors and Project 21. Anything relating to the adult entertainment industry - Anything!

2.     Postings are for advertising available positions or applicants only. (URLs are not allowed in postings).

3.     All information contained in postings must be clear and accurate, not misleading in any way, containing sufficient detail. Postings which require the user to "email for more details" are not supported.

4.     Please use only professional language in your postings. Remember, your posting reflects you as a candidate or a potential employer.

5.     If you see any inappropriate postings on HireSkills.com, please report such to webmaster@HireSkills.com.

6.     Protect your password. If others post inappropriate material to HireSkills.com or abuse the site in other ways not mentioned herein, using your password, you risk losing access to the service.

7.     We cannot monitor every posting to HireSkills.com, nor do we take responsibility for the content posted by our users. However, we do randomly monitor postings to ensure compliance with these House Rules.

8.     HireSkills.com does not tolerate unsolicited commercial email. HireSkills.com users involved in such activity will have their accounts suspended.

9.     Your job postings must be for your own internal use only. You may not sell or provide HireSkills.com job posting services to third parties.

Postings found to be in violation of any of the conditions of the first three rules may be removed without warning and the poster will be notified. Interpretation of the rules is at the sole discretion of HireSkills.com. The rules may be changed at any time without warning or notification.

Posting on HireSkills.com is a privilege. HireSkills.com reserves the right to suspend that privilege on an individual basis for any reason.

As a user, you are responsible for your own communications and are responsible for the consequences of their posting. HireSkills' LIABILITY

HIRESKILLS.COM is only a venue. This Web Site acts as a venue for employers to post job opportunities and candidates to post resumes and does not screen or censor the listings offered. HIRESKILLS.COM is not involved in the actual transaction between employers and candidates. As a result, HIRESKILLS.COM has no control over the quality, safety or legality of the jobs or resumes posted, the truth or accuracy of the listings, the ability of employers to offer job opportunities to candidates or the ability of candidates to fill job openings. In addition, note that there are risks, including but not limited to the risk of physical harm, of dealing with strangers, foreign nationals, underage persons or people acting under false pretenses. You assume all risks associated with dealing with other users with whom you come in contact through the Web Site. Because user authentication on the Internet is difficult, HIRESKILLS.COM cannot and does not confirm that each user is who they claim to be. PROFILES

Since HIRESKILLS.COM is a career site, we give you the option of putting your resume in our database. There are several ways of doing this. You may store your resume in our database. All recruiters who access our resume database product will have access to your resume. We use our best efforts to grant access to this database only to recruiters, hiring managers, headhunters, and human resource professionals. However, we are not responsible if some other third party, such as someone posing as the aforementioned evades security measures and gains access to the database, and, subsequently, your resume. You may remove your resume from our searchable database at any time. However, recruiters or employers who have access to the database may have retained a copy of your resume in their own files or databases. We are not responsible for the retention, use, or privacy of resumes in these instances.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The aggregate liability for HIRESKILLS.COM to you for all claims arising from the use of the Materials is limited to $100.

TERMINATION

HIRESKILLS.COM reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to pursue all of its legal remedies, including but not limited to deletion of your postings from this Web Site and immediate termination of your registration with or ability to access the Web Site and/or any other service provided to you by HIRESKILLS.COM, upon any breach by you of these Terms and Conditions or if HIRESKILLS.COM is unable to verify or authenticate any information you submit to the Web Site registration with or ability to access the Web Site. HIRESKILLS.COM will fully cooperate with law enforcement authorities in investigating suspected lawbreakers, and reserves the right to report to such authorities any suspect activity it becomes aware of.

INDEMNITY

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless HIRESKILLS.COM, its officers, directors, employees and agents, from and against any claims, actions or demands, including without limitation reasonable legal and accounting fees, alleging or resulting from your use of the Material or your breach of the terms of these Terms and Conditions. GENERAL

If you access the Web Site from outside of the United States, you do so at your own risk and are responsible for compliance with the laws of your jurisdiction. These Terms and conditions are governed by the internal substantive laws of the State of New Hampshire without respect to its conflict of laws principles. UNITED STATES

As defined in FAR section 2.101, the Software and Documentation licensed in this Service Agreement are "commercial items" and according to DFAR section 252.227-7014(a)(1) and (5) are deemed to be "commercial computer software" and "commercial computer software documentation." Consistent with DFAR section 227.7202 and FAR section 12.212, any use modification, reproduction, release, performance, display, or disclosure of such commercial software or commercial software documentation by the U.S. Government will be governed solely by the terms of this Service Agreement and will be prohibited except to the extent expressly permitted by the terms of this Service Agreement.

MISCELLANEOUS

The failure of either party to exercise in any respect any right provided for herein will not be deemed a waiver of any further rights hereunder. If any provision of this Service Agreement is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that this Service Agreement will otherwise remain in full force and effect and enforceable. This Service Agreement is not assignable, transferable or sublicensable by you except with HIRESKILLS.COM's prior written consent.

CONFIDENTIALITY

Personally identifiable information posted to the resume database is not confidential and may be viewed by us and anyone with access to the Site. If users submit personally identifiable information to the resume database, it may be viewed by selected employers. We may use the information to contact you about our employment services. HIRESKILLS.COM cannot police or enforce its rules against all third party users; you should communicate with the user if you object to being contacted and want to restrict or stop their use. If you want HIRESKILLS.COM to remove your resume or to cease any other use of personally identifiable information, you should send us a specific request by certified mail or by regular mail clearly marked "Privacy-Urgent", in either case, addressed as follows: 82 Palomino Lane, Suite 503, Bedford, NH 03110.
