We posted on the Major Job Board and HireSkills for a 4 color pressman. To our surprise HireSkills candidates were qualified and had just the experience we were looking for. It was difficult weeding through the wide range of unqualified resumes on The Major Job Board. We were impressed with HireSkills. We thought we might get a press operator who we would then have to cross-train on our CTP system. Turns out the pressman we found and hired through HireSkills already knew our plate system.
